This notice explains which personal data DATAWAVETECH S.A.S. processes through this site, for what purpose and with which providers. It describes how the site actually works: if the form or the services behind it change, this text is updated.
Data controller
DATAWAVETECH S.A.S., based in Guayaquil, Ecuador. For anything concerning your personal data, write to the address at the end of this notice.
What we collect
We only process what you send through the contact form, plus the minimum technical data needed for the submission to work and not be abused.
- What you type: name, email, phone and company (the last two are optional), service of interest and your message.
- The site language and the page the submission came from, so we can reply in the right language.
- Your IP address, used only to limit submissions per minute and for the anti-bot check. We do not store it in a database.
Why we use it
To read your request and reply with a proposal or an initial solution path. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties other than the providers listed below.
The basis for processing it is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox on the form before sending it.
How it is processed and who is involved
The form stores nothing in a database of ours: submissions are emailed to our contact inbox. These providers are involved along the way:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting, anti-bot verification (Turnstile) and submission rate limiting. It processes your IP address as part of how the network operates.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the email containing your request.
- Google LLC — the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers and they receive your IP address when the page loads.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking tools. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making about you.
How long we keep your request
Your message stays in our email inbox while we handle the enquiry and, if it becomes a business relationship, for as long as applicable law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to the processing, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you did so.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us and we will respond within the timeframes set by the applicable data protection law.
